You, as our customer, have up to 14 days from dispatch of your goods to return an unwanted product back to Sweet Little Drinks. Even if the product you ordered is part of a multiple item order.
You will need to contact us via the contact us page to confirm a return.
You will be responsible for:
1) Not opening the container or removing any seals as part of the container
2) Keep in tact any accessory or details associated to the container
3) Re-pack all containers as they were received
4) All postage / shipping costs If the unwanted or incorrect product received by Sweet Little Drinks is of a satisfactory condition.
If the product you received is incorrect by error of Sweet Little Drinks will, by your request:
1) Issue a full refund, within 7 working days, including all original delivery charges paid,
2) Send out the correct or replacement product with the same delivery terms as the original order, this has to be performed by a courier swap out.
Please note that if goods are returned back to our depot due to non-collection from the the DHL Driver or if a delivery attempt had been made then we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping or any returns cost that are incurred by ourselves from our couriers.
If you would like to return a product due to a change of mind, or not needed the product anymore, there will be a charge for collection, all alcohol products must be collected by our courier.
If in the unlikely case that your delivery is missing items, they can only be honoured within 2 days of your delivery. You will be required to produce images of the packaging and complete a claims form, unfortunately this is a standard procedure as in rare cases items can be subject to theft in the courier system.
All our tasting notes and descriptions are subjective, unfortunately if you do not like the taste of the product, we cannot refund you for the product.
